Makeba Stallings began her real estate career in 2002 and with more than 16 years of experience as a real estate professional serving the Los Angeles and South Bay areas, she embodies the best that her industry has to offer. An astute negotiator with keen business acumen Makeba has been recognized annually by her brokerage and Associates as one of the Top Agents, “with the ability to get the job done”.

Prior to earning her license, Makeba worked as a manager in the health care industry. Through this experience she gained a valuable skill set that included negotiating contracts, balancing budgets, inspiring and empowering personnel. She has transformed these skills into a diligent commitment to addressing the needs of her clients by offering exceptional representation backed by attentive and personalized care. This shows in over 75 percent of her business being the result of previous client referrals.

Prior to being recruited to Coldwell Banker, Makeba works tirelessly as a mentor, trainer and supervisor of over 150 agents all while maintaining a thriving real estate business. She has held several leadership roles within the real estate community such as a board of director of C.L.A.W and president of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Her professionalism has placed her in high regards with her colleagues and has helped her establish solid working relationships with agents throughout the region.

Along with her dedication to her work, as a wife and mother of two sons, Makeba is also dedicated to spending time with her family and being involved within her community.
